Teens

Most girls start developing breasts between the ages of 10 - 14. It is normally one of the first signs of puberty. We all start puberty at different times and some girls may start developing breasts a lot earlier or later than others. This is nothing to worry about.

Puberty normally happens sometime between the ages of 10 - 18. This is when the majority of breast growth occurs. BUT they don't stop growing as soon as you finish puberty. Breasts keep on growing longer than people think. They can keep on growing into your 20's or 30's.

So the size you are now may not be the size you will always be. Just as breasts develop differently from girl to girl, throughout your life they continue to change shape and size.

Many girls worry about their breasts not being the right shape and size. It is important to remember that there is no right shape and size. The model's breasts you see in films, newspapers, magazines and pop videos have all been digitally altered, surgically enhanced, taped, pushed up or pushed down. They are not natural so don't be fooled.

Listen to boys, they find natural, healthy, normal breasts fascinating and sexy in any shape or size (see what men think)
